An instructional video titled "Add or Remove Applications from Panels" by GO Smart. The video demonstrates how grant administrators manage which specific applications are sent to a review panel. It shows the process of navigating from the Panel Editor to the Grant Manager to select applicants by status (such as "Received"), and using the "Add to Panel" or "Remove from Panel" tools to update the reviewer's queue. The video highlights how to verify that applications have been correctly assigned by checking the panel counts.
⚠️ Alert: Applications must be in one of these statuses to be assigned to a panel: Intent to Apply Received/Approved, Received, Pending, Approved, or Funded.

❌ Remove Applications from a Panel
To remove applications, move them to a placeholder panel:
Create a temporary panel (e.g., Unassigned) in the Panel Editor and add a test panelist.
On the Grant Manager Dashboard, display the Panel column.
Reassign applications to the placeholder panel.
Click Save.
⚠️ Alert: Just changing an application's status will not remove it from the panel or the panelists' view. Applications must be manually removed from a panel.
📝 Notes:
Applications can only belong to one panel at a time.
Panelists only have access to the panel after at least one application is assigned.
Reassigning an application temporarily removes prior scores; reassigning it back to the original panel restores those scores.
