💬 Custom Instruction Text
Navigate to the Front End Manager tab and choose the Agency Editor subtab.
In the Instructional Text section, use the text editor to write directions for when a user signs up or updates their profile.
Scroll down and click Preview to view your changes.
Click Save to keep your changes.
📝 Notes:
This text will show up at the top of the registration and profile pages.
Use the text editor to give step-by-step help, add images, or link to other websites.
🔽 Customize Profile Fields
Navigate to the Front End Manager tab → Profile Editor subtab.
For each field, choose if you want to change it to Display and Not Required, Display and Required, or Hidden
Click the Preview button to view how the registration page will appear.
Save your selections.
🎥 This 30-second video shows how to change profile settings as an admin. It then switches to the applicant view to show how those changes look to someone signing up.
📝 Notes:
If a field isn't needed, you can hide it or make it optional. You can always ask for that info later in a specific grant form.
Ask the GO Smart team about the enhanced profile setting. This allows users to identify as either an individual or an organization.
If you report to the NEA, you can use a setting that asks for specific demographic facts and the UEI during registration.
If you don't use the enhanced profile setting, you can only change the settings for the District and Website fields.
