Preview Your Application Page

Use Preview Mode to see how a cycle page will appear to applicants.

Last updated on 08 Apr, 2026

🔎 Preview Page

  1. Go to the Grant Editor tab → Cycle Pages subtab.

  2. Locate the desired page and click the blue ✏️ (pencil icon).

  3. Click the Preview Page button near the top right corner.

📝 Note: Each page will be previewed individually.

👁️ In Preview Mode You Can:

  • View all text and formatting exactly as applicants will see it.

  • Test checkboxes, radio buttons, and upload fields.

  • Type sample answers.

📝 Note: Links and navigation buttons are not active in Preview Mode.

💡 Tip: Create a test user account and log in as an applicant at least once to test your application. This is the best way to see the whole experience from start to finish.

📝 What to Know About Preview Mode

Some pages display differently because they depend on applicant content or actions. Note these differences:

  • Header: Shows a red [Page Name] Preview button instead of the true applicant header.

  • Intent to Apply: Shows only as a standalone page in preview. If your settings have the Intent to Apply as part of the application, it will appear in the applicant's table of contents.

  • Media Library: Shows instructions and settings, but not uploaded images or files.

  • Multiple Submission: Shows the initial view only, not updates after answers are saved.
